Natcofarma Brasil is an actively growing pharmaceutical company.
The Brazilian division participates in two key medical events in the country:

▪ The Brazilian Congress of Hematology, Hemotherapy and Cell Therapy (HEMO)

To optimize its business processes, the company chose to integrate the omnichannel communication module of Proxima Cloud CRM – Proxima OCM.

Natcofarma Brasil required an effective omnichannel tool to communicate with a niche target audience.

The key task was to deliver personalized invitations to important medical events via popular messaging apps, ensuring a high level of delivery and engagement.

Proxima Research provided its Proxima OCM product to carry out targeted messaging campaigns.
The first project took place in October 2023 to invite contacts from the Natcofarma database to the HEMO congress.
The successful experience and high-efficiency rates of the campaign led to expanding the project to a second major event — the SBOC congress. This campaign was conducted in 2 waves, once again confirming the flexibility and effectiveness of the Proxima OCM tool.

RESULTS

The collaboration allowed Natcofarma to establish a direct communication channel with its target audience and obtain measurable results that confirmed the effectiveness of its marketing efforts.

Campaign results for the HEMO congress:

  • 984 messages sent
  • 70% (693/984) — delivery rate
  • 38% (265/693) — open rate
  • 8% (52/265) — CTR (click-through rate)

Campaign results for the SBOC congress:

  • 733 messages sent
  • 84% (616/733) — delivery rate
  • 39% (241/616) — open rate
  • 11% (68/616) — CTR

 

By using just one communication channel through Proxima OCM, the company attracted 30% more healthcare professionals to its booth at the events.
